What xynLOG is
xynLOG is a CNC machine-monitoring and OEE platform with a built-in AI assistant. It connects to your controllers natively — Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, Haas and more — and turns live machine data into real-time OEE, downtime analysis and plain-language answers.
It is built by xyndata, a software company based in Prague. We work with manufacturers who were told machine monitoring meant a six-month MES rollout and a rack of middleware. xynLOG goes live in days, runs in the EU or fully on-premise, and keeps your machine data inside your factory.
Our goal is simple: give the people on the shop floor — operators, supervisors and plant managers — answers they can act on, without a data team in between.
How we build
Native, not lowest-common-denominator
We speak each controller s own protocol — FOCAS, OPC-UA, MTConnect — so you get richer data than an MTConnect-only tool can read.
EU-sovereign by default
EU-hosted or fully on-premise. Your machine data never has to leave your factory, and the AI assistant can run locally too.
