A mix of automatic rules (controller alarms → technical stop, no signal → offline) and operator tags (tool change, material change, meeting). Both are editable and fully auditable.

Can we compare shifts or machines?

Yes. Every view supports filters for shift, operator, machine group and product. Reports can be sliced either way.

Can we export the data?

Reports export to CSV, XLSX and PDF. Raw data is available via REST API for your BI tool or data warehouse.
