  1. Capture live signals

    The xynLog connector reads spindle load, feed, axis travel, tool usage and alarms directly from the controller โ€” no extra sensors.

  2. Build a baseline

    Two to four weeks of data is enough to establish each machine's normal operating envelope. Baselines update continuously.

  3. Act on drift

    When a machine drifts away from its own baseline, maintenance sees it on the dashboard and in an alert โ€” long before a stop.

For most CNC brands, no. xynLog reads the signals directly from the controller (spindle load, feed, alarms, tool data). Extra sensors can be added for bearing vibration or coolant temperature when needed.
