How are SAP/Dynamics integrations handled?

We provide REST endpoints on the xynLog side and integrate against your ERP's REST or OData API. For SAP we support BAPI/RFC via middleware. Every integration ends with an as-built spec.

What if our ERP has no API?

We've integrated against file drops, direct SQL exports and flat CSV more times than we'd like to admit. It's slower and less elegant, but it works.

Who owns the integration long term?

You do. Every integration ships with a written spec, sample payloads and a test harness. We can maintain it under contract, or hand it over to your team.
